Shipping policy

Studio Wavelength uses DHL Express for all international orders and postNL for all domestic orders.

The Netherlands – 1-2 Working days (postNL)

Europe – 1-3 Working Days (DHL Express)

USA – 2-4 Working days (DHL Express)

Rest of the world – 2-6 Working days (DHL Express)

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U.

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please read through these instructions.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of final sale items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged and unopened and in its original packaging, the same condition in which it was received. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Failure to do so may incur further handling and customs fees which are sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
